  • Suitable helmet ( not full face)
  • Suitable clothing for the weather.
  • Bright or Viz jackets/ tabards ( we can supply if necessary)
  • Small backpack with a drink and snack.

Instructors are not liable for any loss or damage to participants' bikes and other belongings.
