This is a 1 hour course in a playground or off-road area designed to help non-riders learn how to ride. You will need to accompany the rider throughout the session.
Please note: Stabilisers are required to be removed to attend this course.
They will need.
- A roadworthy cycle (without stabilisers) with 2 working brakes.
- Suitable helmet (not full face)
- Suitable clothing for the weather
- Small backpack, with a drink and snack
Instructors are not liable for any loss or damage to participants' cycles and other belongings.
